Information on Visas to China

To visit China, you will need:

· An “L (tourist) visa”.

· Please apply for a Multiple-entrance visa to China because you must have a visa for each entry into China.

· Please note that there is no visa necessary to enter HK or Macau for most valid documentations. All you need is a valid passport.

When to Apply:

· The processing of a Chinese VISA normally takes around 5 business days, not including the mailing time involved in sending materials back and forth.

· There are expedited processing services, at a cost, of 2 days or even same day service (remember to also add mailing time to expedited processing time).

· You have 180 days, from the date of issue on your Visa, to enter China.
