Culinary Arts Center is spearheaded by Master Chef and host of Yan Can Cook Martin Yan. He is a pioneer, the first to bring quality, intensive, professional culinary courses to China, with western management skills and a high-standard accreditation and chef assessment program to help Chinese chefs, as well as China's food and restaurant industry, meet world standards. This platform will allow chefs from all corners of the world to join together sharing a common interest - that is to learn the essentials about Chinese and Pan-Asian cuisine.
